The difference between the simple BeastShock devices and those equipped with GPS is that the ones with GPS can be controlled remotely and we always know its location. With the help of the NEXON Electric Fence application installed on your mobile phone, you can track the device's route in real time. So it could also have an important anti-theft role, because the news spreads quickly if someone tries to steal the device and they are caught immediately.

Also, with the help of the application, we can find out the following:

1. the device is functioning correctly, the battery voltage is normal
2. how the device works (speed and power of the pulses)
3. the battery voltage has dropped below the critical level
4. the fence voltage is low, it needs to be checked (this could be caused by wire breakage or vegetation growth)

Attention!

• When the battery voltage drops below 11V, the device emits a rapid flashing red light signal.
• If the voltage drops below 10V, the device stops completely and does not give any signal, it will automatically restart only when the voltage increases to a minimum of 11V.
• If the device receives an overvoltage of 16-16.5V, it automatically shuts down.
• If the device receives an overvoltage greater than 16.5V, it instantly malfunctions.

You can sleep peacefully or enjoy a vacation because you always know exactly what is happening with the device. You can control the device from any distance, even while resting in bed, being able to adjust the speed and power of the pulses or turn on/off the device.

When purchasing a BeastShock device with GPS, you will receive the NEXON Electric Fence application and monitoring for 3 (three) months. After the expiration of the 3 months, the renewal of the monitoring costs 5 euros/month + VAT. And if you do not want to extend the monitoring, the device will function normally, but you will not be able to control it through the application. For example, if you do not use the device during the winter, you do not need to extend the monitoring for this period, and when you renew the monitoring starting from spring-summer, you can control it through the application again.

IMPORTANT!

For the GPS system to function, a signal is required (even at ground level) from Orange, Vodafone, or Telekom and a connection to the internet of at least 3G. The network connection is hindered if the device is hidden in a bunker or a closed metal box. In case the device is stolen or disconnected from the power source, the internal battery still works for another 4-5 hours and its route is recorded. After the internal battery is discharged, we receive new information about the device only after it has been put back into operation and has a signal (even at ground level) from Orange, Vodafone, or Telekom and a connection to the internet of at least 3G. In this situation, you have the possibility to recover the device.

The BeastShock energizer continuously monitors the fence status and battery voltage. In case the fence breaks, the battery voltage drops below the critical level, or the fence voltage significantly decreases due to abundant vegetation, these malfunctions are signaled by the energizer device through an LED.
