Written Return and Refund Policy
According to the provisions of Ordinance 130/2000 regarding consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, the Consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are renouncing the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.
The Customer is required to check the physical integrity of the parcels
within a maximum of 24 hours of their receipt. Any subsequent complaint will
not be considered!
Therefore, the Consumer can return the purchased products in the
original packaging and in the same condition as they were received, bearing
the costs of transportation.
S.C. NEXON DYNAMIC CORPORATION S.R.L.
will refund the value of the order by bank transfer, within 30 days from the
date of written termination of the contract, provided that the goods are
received within the above period.
The refunded amount to the
Consumer does not include transportation costs. Products that show physical
changes, hits, breakage, scratches, shocks, signs of wear, etc., will not be
accepted for return.
In cases where deliveries are made by the
Seller's staff, as well as in the case of picking up products from the
Seller's store/warehouse, the Buyer has the obligation to check and test the
goods in the presence of the S.C. NEXON DYNAMIC CORPORATION S.R.L.
representative. This case cannot be considered distance selling, and as a
result, the consumer does not benefit from the right to terminate the contract
within 10 days. The consumer is not obliged to sign the receipt of the product
until its proper testing.
